FAIRFAX, Calif. — The Fresno State men's golf team concluded the first day of the Alister MacKenzie Invitational in 14th place, posting a 7-under 561 at the Meadow Club.
Mason Benbrook led the Bulldogs through two rounds, sitting tied for 22nd after shooting 6-under.
Jaden Hunter and Jake Bettencourt both carded 1-under, while Ryan Firpo finished 1-over, and Joseph Lloyd ended the day at 5-over.
Fresno State will tee off at 9:05 a.m. PT tomorrow, paired with UC Santa Barbara and Nevada.
