Lynch at even par through 36 holes in Pullman

PULLMAN, Wash. – Fresno State's Harriet Lynch carded a 1-over par 73 in her second round at the Pullman Regional at the Palouse Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday. The senior slipped into a tie for 34th after starting the round tied for 24th.

Lynch started off the second round on the back nine, carding five straight pars. Followed by a birdie on No.15, she moved up into a tie for 19th at 2-under par.

A bogey on No. 5 put Lynch back down into a tie at 25th at 1 under. Another bogey on her final hole, No. 9, dropped her into a tie for 34th at even par through 36 holes.

Lynch is nine strokes back of the top individual in the field, Camille Boyd of Washington, who is at 9-under par. She sits in fifth among the individuals that entered the regional competing for the one spot to move on to NCAA Championship on May 19-24 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Lynch's final round tees off tomorrow at 8:55 a.m. PT.
