Fire season is not over for most of Northern California. The National Weather Service says dry and gusty off-shore winds will return Sunday and Monday. Forecasters say there has not been enough rain to saturate the ground and a red flag fire warning could be issued this weekend. Critical fire weather conditions will most likely affect the higher elevations.
