The woman who had a standoff with Sacramento County Sheriffs at an apartment complex has been arrested again, one day after being released from jail. Kathy Miller was arrested Wednesday in Folsom after police were called for a domestic dispute. According to authorities, Miller was later arrested on charges of domestic violence and corporal injury on a spouse.
