New Central American, Cuban Migrants Caravan Moving Through Mexico

A new caravan of migrants is moving north through Mexico, toward the United States.

The National Migration Institute says about 12-hundred migrants from Central American and Cuba had already crossed from Guatemala into Mexico when they decided to form a caravan over the weekend.

The new government of leftist Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has pledged to regulate the movement of people and offer jobs and better pay for migrants who stay in Mexico.
