The California Capital Airshow
The California Capital Airshow begins tonight with the Airshow After Dark. Gates open at 5 p.m., and as the sun sets, the skies over Mather Airport will ignite as thrilling jets and aerobatic performers light up the sky with streaming flares, showers of colorful bursts from their wings and thundering pyrotechnics. This one-of-a-kind Airshow will make Mather Airport’s 100th Birthday bash truly unforgettable!

U.S.S. Hornet Museum
If you're headed to the Bay this weekend... Get your tickets online now to visit the U.S.S. Hornet Museum in Alameda on Saturday. Visitors are invited to get in free with downloadable tickets as part of Smithsonian magazine's 14th annual Museum Day. This year's theme is "Women Making History" and there is also a traveling exhibit called "Mail Call," which showcases the history of the U.S. military postal system.

Folsom Live
Four stages and bands from around the country will be filling the air with music in Folsom. The annual Folsom Live event is tomorrow, Saturday the 22nd. You can still get tickets for $35 dollars. A light rail will be running until midnight which drops you right at the venue entrance.
