FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - The Fresno State swimming team completes their first day of the NCCA Swim and Dive Championships at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center on Friday morning.
How it happened
Aliz Kalmar and Jenna Pulkkinen made their first national appearance in the 100 breaststroke on Friday morning. The pair both finished in third place in their respective heats.
Kalmar touched third in heat two with a time of 59.43 and Pulkkinen, also in third, for the third heat with a time of 59.45. Both swimmers finished outside of qualifying contention taking 26th and 27th overall, respectively.
