CARMEL, Calif. — The Fresno State men's golf team completed the first day at The Preserve Golf Club Collegiate in 10th place with a score of 6-over 591.
Joseph Lloyd led the Bulldogs with a score of 2-over, followed closely by Jaden Hunter at 3-over and Chris Bettencourt at 4-over.
Ryan Firpo finished the day at 7-over, while Mason Benbrook ended at 13-over.
Competing individually, James Watney is tied for third at 5-under.
The second round was suspended due to darkness and will resume tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. PT. After the round is completed, pairings will be adjusted, and the third round will begin.
