Bulldogs earn ITA All-Academic Team with seven named ITA Scholar-Athletes

TEMPE, Ariz.- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association ("ITA") is proud to announce the 2024 Division I Women's ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams. Academia is an integral aspect of the college tennis experience and adds to the unique student-athlete experience found on college campuses across the nation.

Within the sport of tennis, student-athletes continue to exceed expectations in the classroom and on the court. In 2024, 1,573 Division I women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 255 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.

Fresno State earned an ITA All-Academic Team nod and saw seven athletes named to the ITA Scholar-Athlete list. Scholar-Athletes must have a grade point average of 3.5 or above for the 2023-24 academic year. With seven Scholar-Athletes on this year's list, this year's group becomes the second-most to be named ITA-Scholar Athlete since 2021.
