CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The 2023-24 WGCA All-American Scholar Team was announced today with two Bulldogs making the list in Katelyn Lehigh and Amelia Garibaldi.
The WGCA All-American Scholar Teams recognize the outstanding academic and athletic achievements in women's college golf.1,497 women's collegiate golfers from 412 programs were recognized with this prestigious honor.
Recognized as having one of the highest standards for selection to these teams in college athletics (3.50 GPA), the WGCA All-American Scholar Golf Teams continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of our players. In addition to their GPAs, honorees must have participated in at least 50 percent of their college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the season.
Lehigh, a recreation administration major with an emphasis in sports and entertainment facility management, earned the second WGCA All-American Scholar award of her career while Garibaldi, a pre-health major with an emphasis in exercise science, tabbed the first of her career.
