FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State volleyball team is wrapping up a two-week-long road trip with contests at Boise State and Utah State this weekend.
The Bulldogs will face the Broncos on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. PT and Utah State on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. PT. Both matches will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network or at GoBulldogs.com/MWN.
BULLDOGS ON THE ROAD
The Bulldogs are gearing up for their 13th and 14th road matches of the year with contests at Boise State and Utah State.
Fresno State currently has a 6-6 record in games outside of the Save Mart Center in 2023.
BLOCK PARTY
Grace Doyle and Kasey Purry lead the Bulldogs in blocks this season, both totaling over 70 on the season.
Purry has tied her career high in blocks twice this season with 10 total blocks against Nevada and CSUN. She earned a career-high solo blocks with seven in the Bulldogs' first home win against CSUN.
Doyle earned a season-high 10 blocks in a neutral site game against Sacramento State in the Central Cal Classic in Stockton, Calif.
DOUBLE-DOUBLES ON THE MENU
There are 18 double-doubles on the books for the Bulldogs so far this season, with Brooke Cowie leading the pack with 10 on the season.
Brooke Cowie is also the only player in the Mountain West and one of 11 players in the country to earn a triple-double this year with 41 assists, 14 digs, and 10 total blocks.
Addison Haluska adds to the total with three and Ella Rud tallies five.
