PULLMAN, Wash. – In her first regional appearance, Fresno State's Harriet Lynch carded a 1-under par 71 in the first round of Pullman Regional at the Palouse Ridge Golf Course on Monday. The senior is tied for 24th.
The 1 under was Lynch's 11th round under par this season. Following a birdie on the second hole, Lynch rattled off 16 consecutive pars. Her 17 pars were the most in Round 1.
Lynch is fifth among the individuals in the field, six shots back of UC Riverside's Tiffany Le. The Bulldog will tee off Round 2 tomorrow at 8:55 a.m. PT, starting on hole No. 10.
