Notes
Fresno State competes in the Riverside Classic this week, its final tournament before the Mountain West Championships (April 18-20).
Two weeks ago, Fresno State captured its first team title since 2016 after winning the Fresno State Classic for the sixth time in program history.
That title in 2016, like this year's, was held at San Joaquin Country Club.
Harriet Lynch, Katelyn Lehigh and Nicola Kaminski have played in all nine tournaments this year. Katelyn Harris has played in seven. Jinyoung Yun returned to the lineup last week.
The Bulldogs have a pair of Top 5 finishes this year with both coming in the spring in California.
Lynch was the Bulldogs' top finisher in the first two tournaments of the year, earning a pair of Top 10s, while Lehigh was tops in the next two, earning a Top 10 in Hawai'i.
Lynch split the top spot with Kaminski at The Valley Invitational, tying for seventh to open the spring. The finish was the highest of Kaminski's career.
Lynch and Lehigh split the top spot for the 'Dogs in the next two tournaments. Lynch earned her fourth Top 10 finish, and second Top 5 of the year, at The Beach Invitational with a four-place finish. Lehigh led the Bulldogs with a 3-over par at the Trinity Forest Invitational which concluded on March 7.
Lynch paced the 'Dogs at the Fresno State Classic with the best finish of her career, placing runner-up at the Fresno State Classic at 1-under par. It was the third time Lynch has shot under par this season, and first time since late September.
Lynch has three Top 5 finishes on the year and five Top 10's in nine tournaments.
Returning to the lineup last week, Yun was the Bulldogs' top finisher at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic placing 14th at 9-over par.
