IRVING, Texas - Fresno State senior jumping seat rider Sara Tuck has been named the Big 12 February Flat Rider of the Month. Tuck had some of the top rides of her career throughout February, and now has earned her first career monthly honor by the conference.
Tuck was undefeated in her flat rides last month, winning all three rides while earning MOP honors in each ride. Tuck did not score lower than an 88 in February, recording the team's two top rides in the flat this season (88 & 90). Her 90 against No. 2 TCU is a score that ranks inside the Top 10 in program history. Tuck's MOP ride against Minnesota Crookston was one win that helped Fresno State earn its first sweep in the flat since 2020.
Tuck earns Fresno State's third Big 12 Rider of the Month recognition this season, joining senior Ana Bertozzi who has been recognized in both the flat and fences by the Big 12 this season.
