LOS ANGELES - Fresno State water polo senior Jillian Schultz was named the Golden Coast Conference Player of the Week, the conference announced on Thursday.
The Tinley Park, Ill. native led the Bulldogs with 10 goals in three games at the Fresno State Invite.
She notched three goals apiece in wins over Biola and Fresno Pacific before wrapping up the tournament with four goals on Sunday against Claremont Mudd-Scripps.
In 14 games this season, Schultz has tallied 22 goals, tied for third-most on the team, nabbed seven steals and drawn 30 exclusions.
The Bulldogs open GCC play next weekend at California Baptist and No. 21 San Diego State.
