Three 'Dogs hitting double-digit home
For the first time since 2017, the Bulldogs have at least three players with double-digit home runs after Kachel smacked a pair and Lauck added one on Tuesday in a 5-3 win over Cal Poly to join Ivan Luna with 10 homers apiece.
Aaron Arruda led the team with 15 while Jake Stone (11), Jared Akins (11) and Scott Silva (10) combined for 47 of the 'Dogs 76 home runs in 2017.
Morgan on pace for record season
Morgan ranks eighth in the nation with 19 doubles and checks in fourth in the MW in batting average (.393).
Morgan is looking to become the eighth Bulldog to hit over .400 for an entire season with Brody Russell the last to do it in 2016 when he hit .415.
