Multiple People Injured After Buses Collide In New York City

Two buses collided near the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel in New York City just after rush hour on Friday morning, snarling traffic and leaving multiple people injured. Police said that one bus rear-ended the other as they were entering New York from New Jersey in the center tube of the tunnel. The New York City Fire Department said that over two dozen people suffered minor injuries in the crash.

One bus was carrying 25 passengers and the second bus had 37 people on board. The buses were able to drive out of the way of traffic after the "fender bender."

The Port Authority Police Department said that is investigating the crash and that the tunnel remained open during the incident.
