ABOUT THE MATCHUP

Fresno State and No. 25 UNLV will meet for the 26th time in program history since their first meeting in 1982 and for the 21st time in Fresno. UNLV leads the all-time meetings 24-21 and comes in Saturday's matchup on a six game win streak in the series.

Last time out between the two teams, Fresno State was in a tight race with UNLV falling by one in Las Vegas, 64-63. Fresno State saw their last win in the series on Feb. 8, 2020 in Fresno, 72-58.

Bulldogs are setting their sights on the near end of conference play. With only 30 days until the opening round of Mountain West Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fresno State currently sits at No. 9 in conference standings. Fresno State has six games remaining this season. After UNLV, Bulldogs are back on the road to face the Air Force Falcons. A set of home matches against San Jose State and Nevada, before closing out the month at Boise State. 'Dogs will open up March at Wyoming before settling back at home for senior night against New Mexico.
