STOCKTON, Calif. — The Fresno State Volleyball team is heading to Stockton, Calif. to face Pacific, Sacramento State and CSU Bakersfield in the Central Cal Classic.
The Bulldogs will open the tournament on Thursday against the hosting Pacific Tigers at 6 p.m. PT at Alex G. Spanos Center.
Fresno State will return to the court on Friday to face the Sacramento State Hornets at 3 p.m. PT and close out the weekend on Saturday at noon against CSU Bakersfield.
Addison Haluska
Sophomore Addison Haluska is bringing the heat to the Bulldog offense with 130 kills on the books so far in 2023, placing her at fifth in the conference.
Haluska sits at fourth in the Mountain West with an average of 3.82 kills per set, 4.54 points per set and 14 service aces so far this season.
She is also the second in the conference and 31st in the nation in total points scored with 154.4.
LEGAULT GIRLS
Jenna Legault is one of two freshmen to hit the court in 2023 for the Bulldogs after redshirting for the 2022 season.
Legault came in clutch in both wins against Utah Tech last weekend with set ending kills that put the Bulldogs on top over the Trailblazers.
She has gone up for 45 kills in 2023 with 51 points scored and 10 total blocks on the year.
🎶WHY YA GOTTA BE SO RUD? 🎶
Ella Rud has claimed three double-doubles in only eight matches played against Kent State, Utah Tech and Southern Utah.
In her most recent (at Southern Utah, 09/08/23), Rud had a season-high 19 kills and 16 digs.
This season she has totaled 83 kills and 75 digs, the third most for the Bulldogs in both categories.

NEW COACH ON THE BLOCK
Head Coach Leisa Rosen is in her first year at the helm of the Fresno State volleyball program after spending 24 years as the Associate Head Coach at Michigan.
She earned her first win in her Head Coach career against Kent State in the Butler Bulldog Brawl on Aug. 26.
Rosen adds Jerome Fraisse to the staff as the Associate Head Coach of the Bulldogs after serving as the Assistant Coach at Michigan for five years.
