It was a HOT and HUMID night in South Florida last night...

Music's power couple were set to take to the stage at Sun Life stadium at 8pm but it turned out being closer to 10pm when Jay-Z and Beyonce finally came out to a crowd of thousands.

And they did NOT disappoint.

(A lot of people blame officials directing traffic outside the stadium closing down a section of University Dr/ NW 27th Ave- it took many people HOURS to get through traffic!)

They performed a 42-song set, featuring songs from just about every era of their respective careers. Among particular highlight, Beyoncé filling in for Justin Timberlake on “Holy Grail”; Jay’s new remix of Beyoncé’s “Partition”, and a tribute to Michael Jackson during “Love On Top”.

Jay also performed several tracks from Watch the Throne, including “Niggas in Paris”, “No Church in the Wild”, and “Lift Off”.

They'll move onto Cincinnati this weekend, and will make another 16 stops before wrapping up with back-to-back nights at the AT&T Park in San Francisco on August 5th and 6th.  The tour will also include double stops at the MetLife Stadium near New York and at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.  Jay and Bey are set to take "On The Run" to Europe in the fall as well, starting with two September dates in Paris.
